What is examined

- Cabling, telephone lines, network lines and power supply
- Furniture, fittings, ceilings, cavities and technical equipment
- Conference technology, network devices and unattended equipment
How the examination is carried out
- 1.Discreet arrival and examination outside normal working hours where required
- 2.Spectrum measurement, non-linear junction detection and thermal inspection
- 3.Systematic physical inspection of the room, section by section
- 4.Written findings including measurement conditions, coverage and limits
Technical limits
These limits are stated before the instruction, not afterwards.
- Devices that are switched off or transmit only occasionally may not be active during the examination.
- Recorders without radio transmission are found only by physical inspection.
- Structural conditions can limit measurement coverage; this is documented.
- A result without findings is a snapshot, not a guarantee for the future.

On site, in the rooms or areas to be checked. The radio environment, the cabling and the fittings can only be measured in place; a remote examination is not possible.
It can be arranged so that it is not. Arrival, timing and cover story are agreed in advance, and examinations are frequently carried out in the evening or at weekends.
Whether an expert report is used in proceedings, and what evidential value it carries, is decided by the competent court or investigating authority. Our examinations are documented so that third parties can review them: recorded handover, cryptographic hashes, described methods and a clear separation between technical finding and assessment. A binding assurance of later admissibility cannot be given.
