Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Consequences and early expiry
If you withdraw, payments received are refunded without undue delay. Where you have expressly requested that the work begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be payable for the services already provided.
