Why these statements are made
Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires artificially generated or manipulated image, audio and video content to be made recognisable as such. For texts published to inform the public on matters of public interest, the disclosure obligation expressly does not apply where the content has been subject to human review or editorial control and a natural or legal person holds editorial responsibility. AQON INTELLIGENCE discloses its use of AI voluntarily nonetheless.

Classification of every image used
This website uses both real photographs and AI-generated illustrations. AI-generated images are labelled directly on the image itself. Details of origin and usage rights are published in the image credits. The figures count motifs, not file variants: WebP, AVIF and different sizes of the same motif count as one image.

The header motifs on the home page, the service pages and the technology pages are AI-generated illustrations. They carry the note “AI-generated” at the bottom left of the image and show no clients, no evidence and no examinations actually carried out.
The 68 city views on the service-area pages are real photographs. Author and licence are documented individually in the image credits. No AI-generated city views are used.
Every delivered file variant of these motifs – WebP and AVIF in each size – additionally carries machine-readable provenance data in its file metadata (the IPTC/XMP field DigitalSourceType). The AI origin therefore remains verifiable outside this website and independently of the visible label.
For 1 motif, origin and usage rights rest solely on information provided by the client; this is stated expressly in the image credits and is not presented as resolved.

Specialist texts on this website were written or revised with AI-assisted tools. Before publication a qualified person reads the text in full, checks technical statements and limits, removes unsupported claims and takes responsibility for publication. A purely linguistic or stylistic check is not sufficient.
For specialist articles, the review status, the date of the technical review, the reviewing person, the date of release and the last substantive change are documented internally. No article appears without a documented review and release. Substantive changes after release trigger a new review.
