Data processed on this website

Visiting the website produces server log data such as the page requested, the time of access, the referring source, browser and operating system, and the IP address. This is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in a secure and stable service.

Data you enter in the contact form is stored in a database within the European Union and used solely to answer your enquiry.

To defend against automated form submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address, browser information and interaction signals of the submitting device in order to distinguish human enquiries from automated ones. This is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse.

External services such as the appointment scheduler are loaded only after explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Details and contact points are set out in the German version.
