Supplement: ChatGPT ad measurement (OpenAI)

Only with your separate consent do we load the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to attribute confirmed enquiries and appointments to ChatGPT ads. Without consent, this service is not loaded. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Processing includes technical connection data (including IP address and browser data), our website domain, time, event type, random event ID and attribution identifiers. Automatic advanced matching can hash detected contact details such as email, phone or names in your browser using SHA-256 and send those hashes to OpenAI. Hashes are pseudonymous, not anonymous data. Our integration does not pass message content or case details.
The recipient is OpenAI; its Ad Tools DPA provides for processing of EEA and Swiss data by OpenAI Ireland Limited. Further processing outside the EEA is possible under the transfer provisions described there. Our events include an opt-out from future user-level personalization.
After consent, cookies may include __oppref (30 days from writing, renewed when an ad parameter is captured) and __obref (365 days from creation). Browsers may shorten these periods. These are cookie lifetimes, not OpenAI's conversion-data retention periods; see the provider information linked below.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings for future processing. Withdrawal stops further measurement events and instructs the Pixel to delete these cookies. Your enquiry can still be processed, and appointment scheduling remains available with its own separate consent.

Data processed on this website
Visiting the website produces server log data such as the page requested, the time of access, the referring source, browser and operating system, and the IP address. This is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in a secure and stable service.
Data you enter in the contact form is stored in a database within the European Union to handle your enquiry. If you separately consent to ChatGPT ad measurement, supported contact identifiers may additionally be hashed and shared with OpenAI as described in the supplement above.
To defend against automated form submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address, browser information and interaction signals of the submitting device in order to distinguish human enquiries from automated ones. This is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse.
On the service finder page you can describe your matter in general terms and receive suggested services and next steps. After you confirm and submit, the text is sent via the Lovable AI Gateway (Lovable Labs, provider of our website platform) to a language model by OpenAI, analysed automatically and the result returned to your browser; technical connection data such as the IP address may also be processed, and a transfer to the USA may occur. We do not store the text or the result. Please do not enter names, contact details, case numbers or confidential case details. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The suggestions are generated automatically, are not reviewed by an examiner and have no legal effect; no automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
External services such as the appointment scheduler are loaded only after explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Details and contact points are set out in the German version.
