What helps us in a first message

  • Which device, system or room is concerned, and how many items are involved.
  • What is to be clarified, in one or two sentences.
  • When the event occurred and whether the device has been used since.
  • Whether proceedings are pending, and any deadlines that apply.
  • For technical surveillance counter-measures: the examination location, meaning the rooms or areas to be checked.
